There are two local businesses which we are aware of along the Road to the Isles. Andy Race Fish based in Mallaig and Simon MacDonald's Smoked Products at Glenuig not far from Arisaig.
If you are self-catering or thinking about taking some local products home, we highly recommend these businesses to you.
